Grade 8 - LAMBS - I’ve been showing lambs since I was eight years old. My lamb for this year is named Bullet because at times he can travel at a high rate of speed. Each year I have learned many new things and have improved my showing technique. Since my Dad travels a lot my brother and I do much of the work ourselves. This has taught me more responsibility. My leadership skills have evolved by helping my little brother who was adopted and joined our family two years ago. Between him and working with some of our more crazy lambs I’ve learned patience resilience and to go slow and steady. Bullet is one of the better lambs I’ve had the chance to raise and I’m sad I did not get to show him at this year’s Fair. However,I am very grateful we are able to share our story. Thank you.
