J7R EPI 105/1 is our second red brahman being offered in the Alamo City Sale. Interestingly enough, her full sister, J7N Dinela 101/7, was the first brahman heifer sold in this same sale. Just like J7N Dinela 101/7, EPI is a fancy, fancy feminine looking calf. EPI 105/1 brings together a show quality package with her long front end, deep sided, explosive spring of rib and walks with such ease.
J7R EPI’s dam, Moreno Ms Lady Rembrandt, is and beautiful heifer that we purchased from Moreno Ranch a several years ago. Lady, as we call her, was competitive during her show career and always stood in the top 20% of shows entered. Lady is super feminine, bold bodied and has one of the prettiest front ends that we have seen. Lady’s sire is Moreno’s BB Special Effort 666 bull, a Winchester Magnum 999 son.
EPI’s sire is SRS Private Practice 932 is a full sib to SRS Troubadour and also a Winchester Magnum 999 son. Private Practice offers tremendous length of body and adds muscle to his offsprings, especially on their lower hind quarter.
Winchester Magnum 999 on the top side and bottom side makes for this heifer having tremendous potential.
La Morra Ranch is retaining the right to an IVF procedure to collect a minimum of 6 transferable embryos. Collection will be the owner’s convenience and seller’s expense.
