J7N Dixie D11 is a black, white blazed show heifer prospect that is very gentle. This stylish heifer has a pretty front end that blends in well with her deep body and will definitely catch the judge’s attention. She’s nicely balanced, has plenty of muscle but yet is very feminine and free moving.
J7N Tamborine is a TKO daughter out of our Intrepid bull that we purchased from our friends at La Negra Cattle Co. Intrepid, which is sired by Monopoly, did an outstanding job for us when we first got started in this business. In fact, we still have 6 or 7 Intrepid daughters working for us. Taborine’s dam, Cumbia Crystal is a stellar Intrepid daughter and she passes her “gentle gene” to her off springs very well. We can honestly say that all calves from this cow family respond to the show stick out in the pastures. They are just that gentle.
Dixie’s sire, J7N Payload, is a son of our premier donor cow, M9, and LMC Red Moves. This bull has plenty of mass and is full of power. We have been using him for two calf crops now and without exception, he is a producer of really good females, stylish but with power. You can see the M9 genetics at work with this little darling.
J7N Dixie is eligible to show at the Simbrah / Simmental Superbowl and MAS events. Two units semen from any of La Morra’s bulls will be made available for use on this heifer.
