Great set of bulls here that did a lot for the breed and our program through the years.  If you look back on some of the most productive pedigrees in the breed, you can find these bulls in their pedigree.

Accountant is a BEEF MACHINE, he was as capacious, stout and eye appealing as any during his tenure.  Here is a bull that has been considered as of late during sire selection prior to flushing and I would not be surprised if we go back to the well here on this popular sire.  Cody Fuchs led a daughter to numerous championships, including Houston.  We have little semen left on him, so get in while you can.

For those of you who remember ASA’s FOCUS 2000, Gladiator was a part of that movement that aimed to moderate SimGenetics while adding more do-ability.  He was a moderate MEAT WAGON that won the Simbrah Sensation and went on to produce several brood cows for us, including one of Carlitos’ favorites who recently died after a good run here at La Muneca.  Useful sire that should add natural muscling and length of body.

A book can be written on Power House as he will go down as one of the most popular and widely used sires of all time.  A back to back International Champion that sired numerous International Champions himself.  The majority of Simbrah breeders used this bull and notable progeny include Hagan’s donor Ms. 4G N50, LM Full House and LMC-RFI-Smith Red Bullet.  Loads of built in promotion behind this sire.

Ocho was Reserve International Champion as a calf behind a HR Power House I son bred by Triple S Cattle Service.  Ocho was a 6GLM Knockout son which brings in the influence of SCC Black Cat who raised several functional females for 6G Ranch.  On the bottom side, he was out of Victor’s many times champion, LMC Victors Mariah who is also the dam to LMC Mariah’s Dream who is the dam to LN LMC 12th Man.  PEDGIREE CLOUT!

Red Ammo was Reserve International Champion behind his full brother LMC-RFI-Smith Black Bullet in Houston.  Sired by the popular HR Power House I bull and out of the timeless LM She Moves donor.  Red Ammo sired the likes of many times champion LMC Soldier and numerous good cattle for Pine Ridge Ranch, including a few herd bulls.  Red Ammo had the championship look and a solid pedigree to go with it.

TKO was an eye appealing SCC Black Cat son out of the many times champion BBS Little Lady.  TKO was as stout structured and stylish as any during his tenure.  He was the sire to Marco Flores’ many times champion LM Swan female that he won over $20,000 in premiums with, the high selling LMC Espana female that topped a MAS Sale for La Muneca-Flores and several great cattle for RGV Cattle, among others.
