Although not huge in size we have developed a reputation of producing some of the top red cattle in the breed. We do this by buying the best cows and mating them with the best semen that is available. In 2019 we bought Miss Heart BC 2/19 after she had been shown successfully by the Clay Family. What we liked about 2/19 was her powerful build and impressive pedigree that combined +Mr. V8 458/7 “Noble”, who has been the #1 sire over the past four years for the number of show winners, and the 2017 International Champion Red Cow VL Elena 4/165. These lines had not been previously crossed and we saw it as a genetic diversity opportunity. To produce MF Ms. Saweetie 30/2 we mated 2/19 to the National & International Champion and sire of champions +SRS Mr. Troubador 933. We were extremely pleased with the results as can be seen with this heifer and lot 7.
