Rambler is a moderate, easy keeping and sound herd bull that was Reserve Calf Champion at the International Show in Houston and Reserve Grand Champion at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show behind his full brother. He impressed us with his flexible structure, well balanced build, and desirable frame score. Javier Moreno of La Negra Cattle Company took notice of this good-looking sire as well and partnered up with us on him.
What a pedigree here in Rambler being sired by the 2013 National Champion LMC Gold Medal bull and out of the prolific champion BBS Jennie Walker donor featured in Lot 1 of this sale. This makes him a full brother to MacKenzie Groce’s many times 2017-2018 major champion LMC BBS Layla. Gold Medal is sired by the 2011 International Champion LMC Rhino bull and out of the famous LMC WFC Ms. Dream Girl donor.
Rambler represents our Simbrah program’s GOLDEN CROSS of Dream Girl and Jennie Walker, which is a cross that has proven to be productive for us. Jennie Walker is also the dam to the likes of LMC BBS Manziel, LMC BBS Jenna and LMC BBS Tia who are all in either our herd bull battery or donor pen. She is also the dam to Caleb Fuchs’ many times champion LMC BBS Chloe, who won the San Antonio Junior Show $10,000 Scholarship for Caleb Fuchs just like Rambler’s full sister Layla did for MacKenzie Groce.
A solid blood line matched by a desirable phenotype that should throw them ideal in frame size, sound and good-looking. These two donors Jennie Walker and Dream Girl have generated much interest, consumer demand and profit for us, as well as our partners. Rambler’s influence should be no exception for your program.
