Dark cherry red and POLLED. Bulls like this don't come around often. Polled Rango is big footed, heavy muscled and stands on ample bone. 176/6 is a product of our intensive embryo transfer program with which we are producing state of the art polled Red Brahmans. He is solid in his structure, well balanced and very attractive in his look. In addition to being dark red and polled, he exhibits an abundance of Red Brahman breed character.
176/6 is sired by the great HK Paragon. Paragon has done a tremendous job for the world famous HK Ranch for many years. Paragon is sired by the Register of Renown +HK Passport, making him a maternal brother to +Winchester Magnum 999. These two bulls have had a tremendous impact on the improvement of Red Brahman cattle for the past twenty years.
On the dam's side, Polled Rango is out of LN Raynebow 94/4 which is one of La Negra's top donors. Raynebow is sired by the Register of Renown + FCC Cash In The Sting and out of a +3H X-Ray daughter that is a donor for La Muneca and La Negra.
In the RGVBI Association test, Polled Rango faired very well against his contemporaries. He has a Rib Eye Area of 15.75cm with a marbling ratio of 103.10. Along with his good carcass data, he is also impressive in his growth with a 104.7 weight per day of age Ratio. It is also important to note that 176/6 has a 68 pound actual birth weight.
