PROVEN MATING!!!! If you studied lot 1 you realize that we purchased LMC LF Polled Muneca 152/4 (P) as the high selling lot in the Infinity Cattle Services “Tip of Texas” Sale back in October for $40,200. We purchased this proven donor due to the superiority of her offspring that have been championship winning show animals or herd influencers and many times BOTH. The calves of 152/4 have sold for over $180,000 over the course of the past 7 years and several of her progeny have tested HOMOZYGOUS POLLED include two offspring from this exact mating! A few of the notable offspring of 152/4 are the famous Miss HMC Polled 129/1 (PP) “Lily” heifer that was purchased by V8 Ranch, HM Cattle Co.’s herd sire Mr. HMC Polled 184/1 “All American”, his full sibling Miss HMC Polled 56/1 “Miggie”, the high seller of last year’s Tip of Texas Sale HMC Polled Foxy 157/7 (PP) who sold for $22,500, a show heifer for the Vacek Family that is a full sibling to this mating, and a Homozygous Polled Donor owned by Hill Top Ranch from this same mating. The production of 152/4 should partly be expected due to the proven lineage that she results from combining LMC Polled Madison 133/0 (P) who is a known as a performance sire with is a female that was bred by Mrs. Ava Barker at E3 Brahman Ranch. It should also be noted that 152/4 ranks in the top of the breed for 10 economically relevant traits.
The sire to the female sexed embryos is +Mr. V8 279/7 who is one of the most widely used polled sires around the world. +Mr. V8 279/9 is sired by the National Champion and breed influencer +JDH Mr. Elmo Manso and out of Miss V8 510/6 who also produced Mr. V8 794/7 and Miss V8 100/6 (National Champion & dam to +Mr. V8 458/7 “Noble”).
This is as PROVEN of a mating as we could make and the possibilities of the resulting offspring are LIMITLESS!!!
