Grade 5 - HOGS - My name is Jentri McFadden. I am in 5th grade. I won second place with my pig “Cupcake” in Sinton at “Show With Your Heart”. To get prepared for that show I had to walk my pig twice a day to give her exercise. I also have to feed my pig twice a day morning and night with feed that will help her win. I have to put this special stuff on her feet to make them not crack and hurt when they walk. I won class winner at the Robertson County Fair Breeding swine with one of my pigs last year. I wish I could have been able to show “Cupcake” in the county fair this year so I could have gotten to have more experience with her. I have learned a lot of things from the past few years and I would like to learn more.
