There have been very few families who have stepped up and given more than The Clay Family of Arkansas. They have previously paid for the facility to host the “All American”, made numerous contributions and donations and are now donating an outstanding bull calf with all of the proceeds to benefit The Brahman Foundation.
Mr. Heart BC 1/20 is just an 11 month old calf that has the bone, volume, muscle, eye appeal, pedigree, and performance to be a big time herd sire.
The sire of 1/20 is +VL Rojo Apache 1/150 who sired an International Champion Female and a National Champion Get of Sire in his first calf crop. As validated by him reaching the Register of Renown Apache is a proven sire in the USA and around the world.
The dam to 1/20 is Miss V8 328/8 a show heifer that was purchased out of a V8 Ranch Online Female Sale. 328/8 has been a proven producer with offspring currently showing in Arkansas and Florida. Miss V8 328/8 is a daughter of JDH Sir Compian Manso and out of +Miss V8 917/7 who is the dam of numerous high sellers for V8 Ranch in addition to Mr. V8 195/8 “Red Man”, Mr. V8 202/8 owned by Razorback Farms and V8 Ranch, and Miss V8 671/8 the 2019 All American Champion Female.
Most will be impressed with the phenotype and pedigree of 1/20 but the true cattleman will appreciate the fact that 1/20 is low birthweight and charts positive for WW, YW, and Milk making him a herd sire candidate.
We appreciate the Clay Family for this donation and look forward to seeing the success of Mr. Heart BC 1/20 in the breed!
