There is lot of tradition in this sale, none older than these authentic Cowboy Chivaras that have been a staple of this auction for over 30 years since our good friend “Don” Jaime Hatfield who loved working with leather donated the first pair. After he passed away, his daughter Jimmie has continued this great tradition. The apple never falls far from the tree as her chaps are just as good as her Pop’s were.
They have been bought by ranchers, cowboys, ropers, collectors, hay balers and city folks wanting to own a pair of Cowboy Chaps just like the old time cowboys would and still wear to protect their legs from cactus, mesquite and many other South Texas chaparros with spines. They make darn good snake protectors as well.
THANK YOU Jimmie for your loyal support. She tells us that if for some reason you do not get this pair and want to buy a pair, that she can make you a pair but they might cost more.
