Leona is a very balanced, complete heifer complimented by raw power and bone. She ravels with ease and stands on sound feet and legs. This female can jump-start any breeding program and stay competitive throughout her show life. I keep bragging on these Saxon calves because they’re all so consistent in their quality. Leona is sired by JDH Saxon Manso, Elmo x Madison, owned by Hudgins-Locke division. Saxon continues to gain more and more well deserved recognition throughout the breed for his thick, beef-type offspring. Leona’s dam is a young Atlas x Westin daughter, Lady H Kelsey Manso 565/4, that we believe can become one of the next great ones here at Satterfield Ranch. Kelsey has two daughters in this sale, and BOY did she put her stamp on those two beauties!
