I'm honored to be participating in The LMC & Friends Giving THANKS Online Sale III benefiting the Raul M. Hinojosa scholarship fund. Being a resident in San Isidro and a parent of 3 current school children, I've witnessed firsthand the impact Mr. H had on the kids and entire community. Through his position of being an Ag teacher he taught us all about service, kindness, and respect towards all people and animals. Generations of people have expressed their appreciation for the difference he made in their lives. Mr. H cared a lot about the tradition and culture of a way of life many of us hold sacred. It is in that belief that I'm humbled to donate a keeper heifer to raise money for scholarships that will continue to promote the core fundamentals that he practiced and taught. Mr. Hinojosa will forever live in our hearts and he will forever help the children he so dearly loved through our efforts. The best way to honor him is through the lives of our youth.
