LMC Titan Muneca 5H/144 is our most fertile donor to this point, once producing over 70 Grade 1 embryos for us in one flush. This was a record for our long-time and widely used embryologist Dr. Boyd Bien at the time. 144’s sire was a solid red Purebred Simmental bull named LMC Titan that we purchased from Twin Eagles Simmental up in Athens, Texas and did us an awesome job producing some great females. 144’s maternal sister is the popular LMC Titan’s Muneca 5H/367 “Sophie” donor, that was a many times champion for Anne Baring winning the San Antonio Open and both Mercedes shows among several other titles.
On the bottom side, she is out of a 1/4 Simmental x 3/4 Brahman cow making her a Purebred Simbrah. She has several productive progeny to her credit including the popular LMC Tatiana donor that was a many times champion for the Garrett Family including Houston and the State Fair, a daughter by Meyer 734 in Smith Genetics' program that can be found in a few of their recent major champions and the LMC Daisy female that was a former donor for us and BETM Ranch. These embryos are sired by LHH T-Cat, a ¾ Simmental x ¼ Brahman power house of a bull with one of the stoutest hips and rear ends that we have ever utilized. His maternal grandsire is the uber productive and consistent RAB Polled Redeye “Rob” bull that can be found in several of our most prominent pedigrees. ROB was bred by our good friends at R.A. Brown Ranch. On the top side you have some the Knezek’s finest Simmental genetics. This mating should continue to produce useful cattle that can be versatile depending on your goals.
