VL Elena 109/2 is a scurred heifer from our show barn. In this sale we are offering our best with all of these heifers being halter broke and eligible to be shown. 109/2 is a growthy, extended made, super level, and feminine female. This beautiful female is a ¾ sister to lot 3 being sired by VL Rojo Mocho 5/140 (P) and out of a daughter of JF Conquistador 100. As an added bonus the maternal grand dam to 109/2 is by VL Rojo Grande 4/95 who has been a multi-trait leader for many years. As you might expect based on her pedigree VL Elena 109/2 is progressive in her performance figures ranking in the top 15% of the breed for Birth Weight EPD, 25% for Milk, 40% for Ribeye Area, and 3% for Marbling. We are extremely proud of these polled/scurred females that have the signature Santa Elena Ranch look, represent our proven genetics, and most importantly are performance packed especially for the hard to obtain carcass traits.
