Lot 36 - ECC LG Polled Rio King 148/8 (P)

What a great way to end this outstanding sale.  This young bull is one of the more intriguing of the offering as honestly he has F-1 producer written all over him.  Now this doesn’t mean that he wouldn’t work on a set of Brahman cows and in fact would probably do them a lot of good.  What we appreciate about this young sire prospect is his combination of moderate frame, low birthweight, heavy muscle, depth of rib and high marbling ability.  His sire is a son of our herd sire LMC Polled Authority and out of a K-C Ranch bred cow.   The dam to 148/8 is one of the cows that we imported from Mexico due to their doability of requiring less input, being practically built, fertile and with great udders.  We really can’t say enough positive about this bull and will be anxious to see who buys him and how he performs as he truly is a BEEF bull!
