Rafa's sire is the 2011 National Champion LMC Arcadio bull who was sired by the 2009 Reserve National Champion LMC ATZ Dr. Feel Good who has produced lots of good cattle for us and BETM Ranch. We sold both Rafa (Rancho el 18) and Arcadio (Rancho La Reforma) to Mexico. However, we retained the rights to market their semen here in the United States.
Rafa's dam LMC Sweet Dreams was a champion for Kallie Fuchs and sold for $16,000 in a LMC $ellabration Sale to BETM Ranch. She was the famous LMC WFC Ms. Dream Girl donor’s first heifer calf and was sired by LMC Gig’Em who was a full brother to the Triple Crown Winner LM Full House. Rafa has an excellent conformation, is super correct, with lots of bone, muscle, breed character and eye appeal. Rafa recently sired the 2019 Reserve National Champion Female LMC Honey Bun for Gabriela Ramirez, as well as the Grand Champion Simbrah Female at the competitive 2018 TJSSA Futurity for Katy Berry. Rafa is a good-looking, red blazed face bull producing championship caliber red baldy females.
Rafa combines the genetics of two of the best cow families in the history of the Simbrah breed in our opinion - LMC WFC Ms. Dream Girl and LM Robs Muneca 3E-89. Several cow’s in Dream Girl's maternal pedigree has sold for $10,000 to $42,000. Dream Girl's daughters averaged over $10,000 respectively themselves. Dream Girl was a two-time National Champion and once International Champion. While 3E-89 is the dam of the major champions LM Full House, LM Gig'em, LMC Roadhouse and LMC Blueberry along with 89 other good Simbrah and Simbravieh cattle. She was one of the best cows we have ever owned of any breed.
Rafa is in the Top 10% for Marbling and Yearling Weight, as well as in the Top 15% for Average Daily Gain, Weaning Weight, Ribeye Area and Terminal Index. Rafa is royally bred with a solid track record, a great bull to add to your tank!
