LMLF Pops was a full brother to the 2010 Reserve National Champion Braunvieh Female in Houston, LMLF In Focus. Their sire is the popular RTR Pappa Gene bull out of the great Revolucionaria cow that we really liked. We used Pappa Gene with good success, as did several others. Revolucionaria produced several major league herd bull sons sired by different sires.
Pops’ dam BOR Focus was one of our most productive donors of all time and has worked with several different bulls. She was out of the great Phenomenon cow thus combining two of the all-time great herd bull producing cows of all time. Both these cows will be in the Braunvieh history book someday. We gave $8,000 for Focus and had a $9,875 average value on her first four calves, which included the LMC LF Goliath Simbravieh bull that is one of the leading foundation sires of the Simbravieh breed. The Pops bull was a thick, long, stout, and good-looking individual that was sound and plenty soggy. Pops is one of the best Braunvieh bulls we produced with as good of a pedigree as can be created. He will produce you some thick, good-looking cattle.
Due to the quantity of Braunvieh semen being sold, the price per unit will be very affordable so make sure to study these lots and make some good investments that you can make pay for themselves by selling smaller packages of semen.
