Lot 3 - WEW Miss Watkins 417 - Replacement Heifer

Study this one closely! WEW Miss Watkins 417 is one of the most eye appealing females in the sale due to her dark pigmentation, moderate build, high volume, heavy structure, length, and muscle.  She is sired by JDH Sir Isaac Manso 774/6 who we used from J.D. Hudgins – J. Forgason Division.  774/6 is a grandson of two of the most proven sires in the breed +JDH Mr. Elmo Manso and (+)JDH Atlas Manso 328/3 and out of a Maternal Merit Cow.  We are highly impressed with the calves by this sire due to their quality and disposition.  The dam to 417 is a daughter of Mr. KC Manhattan 93/9 and out of JDH Lady Nissan Manso who Carlos Lee purchased from the International Sale to help establish his herd in Panama. Much like many of the heifers in this sale 417 ranks in the top of the breed for Growth and Milk EPD’s.  We consider WEW Miss Watkins 417 to be one of the favorites in this sale due to her functional build but also her proven pedigree and performance indicators.
