LMC Polled Dignity is a double polled, very correct, big boned, dark pigmented, heavy muscled son of LMC Polled Integrity who is one of three full sibs being used as herd sires in the Kelly Barnard, La Reina Cattle Co. and LMC herds. He is out of a good looking first calf heifer that we picked out of our ole buddy Jody Youngblood's keeper heifers. Jody has been breeding functional POLLED cattle in Waco for many years. My ole buddy Tom Dean of Cherokee Ranch once told me that he raised more herd bulls out of first calf heifers than any other age. Tom bred more than his share of top herd bulls in his career.
We sold a paternal sister to Polled Dignity in the ABBA Sale this year for $10,000 t0 Kelly Barnard who has a great POLLED herd in Kansas. Polled Dignity's paternal grand dam is a Double A cow that has raised four herd bulls in a row for us. She is a V8 "Tommy Bahama" daughter.
