LMC LF Polled Pino is another double polled, big boned, capacious, herd bull prospect with herd bull written all over him. He is rich in pigment, breed character, muscle and potential. His sire, MR V8 279/7 (P) has done us a great job of producing functional cattle that can compete in all arenas. We have sold herd sire sons of him to La Reina Ranch, Westall Brangus, Scott & Kaci Frazier and Meuth Cattle Co. for an average of $7,500 at young ages. We have also sold daughters for $6,000, $18,000 and $30,000.
Having been raised on a commercial ranch, we like our cattle to have lots of volume, substance of bone and have good dispositions. Polled Pino fills that order and gets lots of this from his National Champion Paternal Grandsire, JDH Mr. Elmo Manso. He will produce soggy daughters that will go out and perform in the toughest of conditions that will wean heavy calves that will pound the scales.
Polled Pino’s dam is a granddaughter of the 2005 International Champion +MR V8 846/5 “The Rock” and goes back to the first POLLED bull in the Register of Renown +MR V8 212/3 who we are still using today very successfully. She is built just like her son, soggy, big boned, heavy muscled and good looking. She has great numbers for growth, milk and carcass. Polled Pino could be the buy of the sale.
