His sire #LCHS Mr Alcom TE (sired by JDH Woodson) was imported from the great Brahman herd of Jorge Valles of Tizimin, Mexico. Alcom actually sired the two highest adg bulls on the test and also sired bulls that scanned 3.47 and 3.41 imf. Butler Franklin gained 446 lbs while on test with a 10.0 ribeye resulting in a REA/CWT OF 1.10. When you couple his performance with his low rib and back fat measurements, you get a real performer in today’s beef industry. Franklin’s dam is a beautiful JDH Sir Passport daughter that we purchased from Bar W Brahmans in an ABBA sanctioned sale a few years ago.  He has the performance and the visual appeal to set him apart from the pack.
