This mating has produced some of our best cattle that we have ever produced at BETM Ranch, including Clair Godwin's BETM Sweet Emotion heifer and another great young female we are developing. We are excited about this mating that features two well-bred champions with a lot of maternal power behind them. On the top side of the pedigree you have one of LMC EF JW Black's most productive sons in LMC HS Rocco. He was the 2009 Grand Champion Bull in San Antonio and produced the 2011 Reserve Champion Female at the Houston Jr. Show LMC TLZ Loretta who is now a donor for Smith Farms. Rocco is also the sire to BETM Maggie who is a donor for La Blanquita and the LMC 6G Red Rock bull as well who was the 2012 International Champion and now owned by Josh Harris and Lincoln LeCompte. Rocco sons LMC Justice and LMC Liberty are both producing great calves for 6G Ranch and Santos Escobar as well.
On the bottom side you have the gorgeous LMC Sweet Dreams donor cow who is sired by the many times champion LMC GigEm bull and out of the famous LMC WFC Ms Dream Girl donor. Sweet Dreams was a former champion for Kallie Fuchs and as long and capacious a female that we have ever seen. Her dam Dream Girl was a many times major champion and has been very productive as a donor. LMC Daydream, a maternal sister to Sweet Dreams was Grand Champion Female at the MAS Showdown and Reserve Champion at the Houston Jr. Show for Micah Perkins.
