We want to thank Dean Fuchs, Chris Davlin and Nick Goodrich once again for your assistance during the drought with our Simbravieh cows. Your assistance enabled us to remain in the Simbravieh business and for that we appreciate you all. We liked this heifer calf from hello; she is a long bodied and eye appealing heifer calf with a tremendous hip. This heifer’s dam is out of the Northstar Vernon bull that can be found in most prominent Braunvieh pedigrees and certainly is one of the best show sires of all time. Audrey’s maternal grand dam is the great Joslin cow that produced the legendary LMC EF JW Black. Her sire, LMC LF Braveheart is as consistent a herd bull as we have and throws lots of good ones year in year out for Dean Fuchs and us. He is a Johnnie Walker out of FG Bess, who can also be found in many of Braunvieh’s most prominent pedigrees.
As you can see, Audrey has a loaded pedigree and we certainly feel she has the look to go with it. She is eligible for our LMC Jr. Program and can show in the growing TCCA Simbravieh division through 2015. Our long time herdsman Pete Garcia Jr. is a big fan of this heifer and thinks she has what it takes to do some winning. Selling ½ Interest and ½ Possession. She is our pick of our fall heifers but the buyer is welcome to pick another one from the same crop if they like another one better.
