1310/4 is a proven herd sire. He’s one of the last direct sons of Crosby 656 from a dark pigmented Teichmann 377 cow. Crossing those two lines has worked very well for us and the Rebel Star Program of South Texas. 1310 is a proven low birth weight sire charting in the top 10% of the breed for low birthweight. He also charts in the top of the breed for Milk EPD indicating his daughters have done very well adding weaning weight pounds to their calves. Most notable, 1310 ranks in the TOP 1% OF THE BREED FOR MARBLING EPD. If you need a gentle, proven, low birth weight high marbling bull to add to a program this is him! He is being offered by our good friends Rodney & Marcy Urbanczyk 830-583-5603. Their reason for offering this herd sire is simple: they want to focus on polled genetics. We’ve developed several 1310 sons here and they all have a very level hip with extreme hindquarter. We currently have and use around 200 units on 1310 and intend to keep using him in our ET and AI program here at home. It is for that reason he will sell multiply owned (paper only) with Jim-Bob Trant listed as the other ownership. BUYER RECIEVES FULL POSSESION.
