Born in 1994, this bull is sired by +Mr. V8 702/3 and out of the Reserve National Champion Cow +Miss V8 666/3.  His influence on Brahman herds worldwide includes producing 7 Register of Renown progeny.  He sired the 2001 International Champion Get-of-Sire, the

2002 International Champion Female, and over 20 donor females on the ranch.

But without a doubt, Powerstroke will go down in Brahman history as the sire of +Mr. V8 287/5 "Superstroke", who in some minds, is the greatest Brahman bull ever raised at V8. Powerstroke is also the #1 ranked carcass trait leader in the ABBA sire summary for Carcas Weight and #2 bull for REA.  He sired the World Congress Champion bull when the show was held in Colombia.  No need to write a bunch of footnotes.
