As Mr. Guerra told us, you never have a second chance to make a positive first impression. For that reason we are selling one of our very best spring born heifers from the great Kelly Barnard herd that we acquired last summer. She is double polled and represents the famous LMC GOLDEN CROSS. After evaluating the uniformity of quality of her paternal siblings, we decided to purchase her sire, LMC Polled Datapack, who is a full brother to the popular and productive sale topper LMC +Polled Madonna now owned by the England and Sellman families. We have sold two fancy paternal sisters to the Sellman and Simpson familes for show heifers. This heifer is halter broke and can be shown in the junior circuit for one more year.
When you evaluate our heifer, you can see that she is very well balanced, has plenty of muscle, is clean in her lines and has that alert look that will catch the judge’s attention. She is smooth double polled and being out of a +LMC LF Ambassador dam, should be very productive. Her maternal granddam is still in production at LMC and is one of very few horned cows left in their herd which means she is working hard to keep her place in the herd.
