Lot 20 is a good looking, flat hipped young bull that is built and bred right. He has a unique pedigree being line-bred +LMC LF Ambassador with his dam being a sire/dam mating. Yes we bred LMC Polled Madison to his dam and produced a female that is every bit as correct as both her sire and dam. Her dam is also her paternal grandma.
The next four bulls are fall of 2019 models that will be tested over the weekend. If they do not pass, they are still guaranteed to be fertile as they mature. We are dry and felt like selling these young bulls now that they are fat would provide our clients a great opportunity to buy some darn good bulls at a good price.
We appreciate this bull ‘s style, bone, breed character and being bred like he is brings in the positive carcass merit traits of the Ambassador-Polled Madison bred cattle who have excelled in the ABBA Bull Tests plus topped two of the last three sales. His marbling score was 4.13 with REA/Cwt. & Marbling ratios of 103%.
His EPD’s are in the top 5% for WW, 10% for YW, 10% for REA and 20% for marbling.
