Polled Heart is a member of an outstanding littler of six calves. They are some of the best we have ever raised. Her full sister, LMC LF Polled Ten topped the Houston ABBA Sale selling for $19,000 to Kylie Sellman. She was first in San Antonio and the RGV shows and placed second out of 28 in Houston. Their full brothers placed 2, 4 and 6 in a big class in Houston and just this past week won Calf, Reserve Calf and Grand Champion at the RGV Show which is one of the larger shows of the breed.
Polled Heart comes from a very productive cow family as does her dam who
worked in ET as a virgin heifer as did her dam who is averaging over 20 embryos per conventional flush. Her sire Mr. V8 139/7 (P/S) recently placed first in the ABBA Carcass Contest for ADG and in the top five for marbling, ribeye area and tenderness.
