LN Polled Stassi is a beautiful dark pigmented polled/scurred yearling Brahman heifer. This heifer is extremely feminine and carries lots of muscle, is structurally sound and has tremendous eye appeal. Stassi is sired by a bull that needs no introduction to the Polled Brahman world, LMC WFF Pistolero. I have always admired the muscle, depth, power and pigment that not only Pistolero possesses, but that he passes on to his daughters. For this reason, we bred our gray donor MS RB 113/1 to Pistolero and we are very pleased with the outcome.
As mentioned above, LN Polled Stassi is out of the only Gray Brahman cow owned by La Negra. We purchased MS RB 113/1 from RB Ranch to use as a foundation for our Red Brahman program, and she has worked very well. 113/1 is sired by Mr. Diamond T 840, which goes back to V8 189, Supercalc, and Suva 203. On the bottom side, she is out of an E3 Elefante Power which is sired by the famous Elefante 226/3 bull. 113/1 has produced some great foundation Red Brahmans for La Negra including a champion bull named LN Vrost, several outstanding replacement heifers and also the Reserve Champion Purebred Brahman steer at the 2014 RGVLS for Arianna Cantu.
LN Polled Stassi is halter broke, gentle and will be a great Polled replacement heifer. She comes from outstanding genetics and has beautiful pigment and eye appeal to go with it. In addition, she comes from a productive, fertile and perfect uddered donor cow.
