Lot 19 C – J7N Mr Morra 302/6 – DOB 3/3/16

Choice of Grey Brahman Calves – Selection must be made by July 24, 2016

Exciting lot featuring choice of three (3) calves out of our new brahman donor, JR Clairissa Manso 693.   Clairissa Manso is out of the great herd sire, +JDH Astro Manso 518/4, who has produced a National Champion Get Of Sire and International Champion Produce Of Dam.  Astro was the 2009 International Reserve Grand Champion Bull and 2010 Grand Champion Bull is Ft Worth, San Antonio and the Miami International Show.  Clairissa is out of Rich Cattle Company’s donor, JDH Claire Manso 468/4 who is a daughter of the register of renown sire +JDH Elmo Manso 309/4. 

Sire of the two older calves is LMC LF Ambassador 700/7, which is the second polled brahman bull to enter the prestigious Register of Renown and is the sire of Lots A and C in this sale. Ambassador is a product of JDH X V8 breeding and you can expect genetic power in his calves.

Sire of the youngest heifer is LMC Polled Madison, who is a superb beef machine sired by LMC LF Ambassador.  This bull is one of the better carcass sires in the breed, having an IMF of 3.68 and REA/CWT of 1.40.  Madison is the sire of Lot B, the youngest calf in this lot.

All three calves carry a big top and the show ring hip that is expected in today’s show calves.  We know they are young but it is evident, at this young age, this calves are going to be AWESOME!!!  If you are looking for genetic packages, here is your chance to pick the calf of your liking.  Bottom side genetics of this sale lot include +JDH Elmo Manso, +JDH Astro Manso, +JDH Liberty Manso, (+)JDH Madison de Manso and +JDH Sir Lawford Manso.

La Morra Cattle is retaining an IVF Aspiration to collect a minimum of 6 transferable embryos should the buyer select one of the heifers.  La Morra Cattle is also retaining the rights to collect 150 units of semen for in herd use, should buyer select the bull calf.   Collection will be the owner’s convenience and seller’s expense.
