Selling with a guarantee of a minimum of six (6) transferrable embryos if the buyer uses conventional semen. If sexed or reverse sorted semen is used, the guarantee is void. The aspiration procedure must be done by Sexing Technologies in Navasota, Tx or Trans Ova in Bryan, Tx, unless another company is mutually agreed upon by written agreement. Seller will transport the donors to either of these facilities free of charge. If another facility is agreed upon, a transportation charge may be required. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the IVF purchased and the embryos produced from it. Buyer keeps ALL embryos produced from the IVF purchased. If 6 transferrable embryos are not produced from the purchased IVF Aspiration using conventional semen, the embryos produced will be valued at the final sale price divided by 6, and pro-rated back to the buyer.
