“Bree” is the youngest of our 2014 heifers. Her mother is the Katie female we purchased from Thurston’s as a calf in the River Valley Sale. Bree’s full sister is one of my favourite 2 yr olds this year doing an awesome job with her first heifer calf. The “Excite” females are milking very well and making excellent mother cows as we expected they would. Bree is a fancy, correct, broody female with eye appeal and pigmentation on her eyes. I have no doubt she will be and excellent female like her mother and full sister. She is exposed to “Dunmore Somethin Royal ET 126Z”, a great bull owned by our dear friends and partners at Dunmore Farms in Cavan ON. “Roy” is a bull we have always admired and we like him better with every crop of calves he sires! We feel very fortunate to be able to use this great bull on our herd. Exposed from July 25 to sale time. We will preg check before the sale.
