He did as much as any sire for the Simbrah breed in terms of modernizing our cattle, building them more eye appealing, solidifying color patterns and adding natural thickness. As far as JW Black progeny goes, he has had a great run over these last few years. We have had our fair share of success with JW Black genetics. J7N Whiskey River was named 2010 Reserve National Champion and his full sister, BCC J7N What-A-Delight was successfully campaigned by Victor Moreno to many championships. Both were M9 X JW Black matings. But his progeny includes many more champions to include LMC Jonnie Walker, BBS Jennie Walker, LMC VG Go Getter, LMC HS Rocco, LMC ATZ Dr. Feel Good, LMC ATZ Miley, Hagen Arapaho and more.
