Selling Full Interest and Full Possession
Great cow programs have cow power and J7N Anjelita will fill the bill. Anjelita is a daughter of J7N Excellencia X01 and LMC HS Rocco and she is the prime example of what we try to produce at La Morra Ranch. This front pasture heifer offers a balance of femininity and stoutness on a moderate package. This big bodied DONOR prospect has the rib shape just like her dam and she too should be an excellent herd building breeding piece for any purebred operation.
Anjelita’s dam, J7N Excellencia, comes from the SUPERB “M9” cow family, which continues to produce outstanding cattle for us. Excellencia is simply a cowman’s dream. She possesses the explosive rib shape and stoutness we all look for, but yet is free-moving and all in a moderate package. Anjelita’s sire, LMC HS Rocco, has been one of the most consistent producers of top notch, quality calves in the Simbrah breed and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of this mating.
Anjelita’s maternal granddam is LMC Knockout Muneca 5M/9 (we call her M9), which is the foundation donor cow at La Morra Ranch. M9’s genetics continue to perform in the pasture and more notably, in the show ring. M9’s include J7N VicMar 420, a BCC Majestic son that was the 2010 National Champion Bull and J7N Whiskey River, a LMC JW Black son, who was the 2010 Reserve National Champion Bull. But most notably, M9 is also the dam of LMC Oprah which makes her the great grand-dam of LMC Dream Girl and we all know how well she has done both in the show ring and in the sale ring.
La Morra Ranch is retaining the rights to one (1) flush (conventional or IVF) to collect at least 6 transferable embryos at the owner’s convenience and seller’s expense.
Anjelita was AI’d to Raubs Pinot Noir on 1/16/2015. Safe In Calf.
