SELLING ten units of J&N LMC Adelante semen
We have always believed in introducing a drip of new blood every year and if it works, you turn into a drop the next year. This year we chose to invest in half interest of Adelante who is solid red with a blaze face, is rich in breed character, bone, muscle, has a big foot and offers NEW BLOOD plus we reciprocated with a good friend and client. He also has a super tight sheath. We look forward to this bull producing calves with lots of style, color and eye appeal.
Joe B and Nelda bought his dam in a SYNERGY sale and have done very well with her selling half interest in her first heifer to Ronnie Smith for $10,000, followed by a daughter selling to Hagan Cattle, a bull to Mark Cluck and another to La Muneca-Flores. Her dam is a T Cat out of our super fertile 5H-144 donor that averaged 43 embyros in her first four flushes. She herself is sired by the champion LMC VG Go Getter bull who is a JW Black out of a Full House - as good as it gets. He is owned by our good friend and fellow Aggie Judge Jose Luis Garza.
Adelante's sire is the International Champion Hagan's Ante Up who is a Sargeant x N 50. Smith Genetics has raised some awesome mama cows sired by Sargeant. The Hagans have built their herd around the N 50 cow who has worked great for them with several bulls. Add up all you just read and you can understand why we invested in this top young sire. He has some of the breed's best cow families on both sides of his pedigree. As always, we like to share our freshest genetics. We look forward to whomever buys this semen to helping us prove this great prospect with some of his first calves.
