Polled Bonnie is one of the pre-sale favorites. She is linebred Pistolero and has MAMA COW written all over her. She is a pet, has a ton of pigment, capacity, breed character, correctness and is very futuristic. Pistolero was as thick as a Brahman can be made. We love this heifer, hate to sell her but it has to hurt if a breeder expects to have a successful sale.
Her dam is one of the most moderate, deep bodied, thickest and good looking females in the herd. She has been a darn good producer as has her dam who is still in our herd and is an older teenager with a shot of Nellore blood from an imported bull from Brazil. This is one of our stronger cow families. With her abundance of pigment, she can be used in both grey and red programs.
Bonnie is one of seven Polled Sambo sired cattle selling. Sambo is one of our more popular sires. He is DOUBLE SMOOTH POLLED and is A BEEF MACHINE. He produces top quality bulls and heifers. His dam is the great Register of Renown “Samantha” donor that is a ONE OF A KIND female and is one of the top two most productive cow families on our ranch.
We are retaining one flush or two ½ flushes to be done at our expense and buyer’s convenience. Buyer will receive two units of semen on any available LMC bulls to be used to AI this female. This opportunity might produce your next donor, herd bull or champion.
