Rhino is sired by the Triple Crown Winner LM Full House who was sired by the back-to-back International Champion HR Power House I bull and out of our Matriarch LM Robs Muneca 3E/89 donor who has over ninety calves to her credit in the registry – TALK ABOUT PRODUCTION! Power House, Full House and Rhino were each crowned International Champion Simbrah Bull at the prestigious Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
While we were expanding our Simbrah herd in the 90’s and early 2000’s we had a herd of ¼ Simmental x ¾ Brahman cows that we utilized various Simmental bulls on. Rhino’s maternal pedigree is chalk full of some our most productive Simmental bloodlines including RAB Polled Redeye “Rob” and the LMC Sambo bull that goes back to the famous Hacks Fraulein cow. We have always appreciated a touch of Fleckvieh Simmental in our pedigrees due to the added milk, muscle and profit they infuse into cattle.
Rhino is currently in the Top 20% for Calving Ease and Maternal Calving Ease, Top 30% for Average Daily Gain, as well as in the Top 40% for Birth Weight, Yearling Weight, and Milk.
