5B-229 is a solid black Uno son that is another herd bull and or club calf prospect out of a real good young 3/4 x 1/4 cow sired by MR Ishee Precision Red. He was a darn good red Simmental bull that we bought from our good friend Dr. Tim Ishee from Mississippi who has one of the more performance oriented Simmental herds that is acclimated to our kind of heat and humidity. We like our Precision Red daughters.
She is out of a Strack cow that goes back to some of the better old school bulls like Southern Comfort, GLC Rocket and our Reserve International Champion LMC Smith Easy Winner. We sold a sister to 5B-229 daughter to Jeff Rosson from NE Texas.
This bull will add some power, growth, bone and that good JW Black look to your next calf crop. We are selling our best fall bull calves in this sale giving everyone an equal shot at them. They will be weaned in May or now if the buyer wants theirs now.
