Grade 9 - GOATS - My name is Harley Ehlers. I am a Junior at Bremond High School. I am an active member of the Bremond FFA Robertson County 4H Tiger Marching Band and Common Ground Cowboy Church. This is my second year to show Boer Market Goats. I had two goats this year Pancho and Spaz. Being involved in other activities and having goats has taught me to manage my time wisely because I had to make time to care for my goats daily. I also learned responsibility. Each goat was on different feed and supplements so I had to ensure each one was fed properly. I exercised the goats on a treadmill forward and backward several days each week. I also spent time walking with them leading and working on them bracing in preparation for showing them. I am grateful that we are being allowed this opportunity to showcase our projects. Thank you.
