If you’re looking for that super feminine looking and long-bodied show heifer that is as gentle as they come, then take a good hard look at J7N Elektra. This young heifer still has some growing to do but we can assure you that she is well on her way to become a show ring favorite in due time. Elektra has a beautiful long hip, big footed but yet she’s an elegant looking heifer with her gooseneck front end that goes forever. Elektra’s dam is Hagan Delilah, one of several Hagan Cattle Company heifer’s that we have acquired over time. Delilah is a long-bodied, super gentle ¾-simbrah out of LN Knight which is a LMC Johnnie Walker son and her maternal grandsire is the ever famous SS Goldmine, and easy calving and high milk production bull. Elektra’s sire is the 2010 International Champion Simbrah, RSUN Cowboy Casanova, who has produced many champions himself. This moderately framed bull is built as solid as you can make them. Truly an awesome looking but and we plan to use him more this upcoming season. On top of his build, Cowboy Casanova also has SS Goldmine is his genetics. This will translate into Elektra being a fantastic milking cow later on down the road. J7N Elektra is eligible to show at the Simbrah / Simmental Superbowl and all MAS events. Two units semen from any of La Morra’s bulls will be made available for use on this heifer.
La Morra Ranch is retaining an IVF Aspiration to collect a minimum of 6 transferable embryos. Collection will be the owner’s convenience and seller’s expense.
