Miss U4 Mia Manso 426/9 (P) is the only polled female in this sale but WOW there is a lot to like about her.  It was likely her beautiful red tinged, eye appealing, and ultra-feminine look that caught your attention.  She is without question the pick of the Fall calf crop due to her amazing phenotype and disposition.  To further add to the value in this elite heifer is her pedigree that comes as proven as any in the breed.  She is sired by the popular Mr. V8 794/7 who was shown by V8 Ranch, graced the cover of the Brahman Journal, and has already sired champions and top sellers with his first calves.  794/7 is sired by the Reserve International Champion and proven Register of Renown Sire +Mr. V8 191/7 and out of Mis V8 510/6 who is also the dam to +Mr. V8 279/7 and Miss V8 100/7 the only polled National Champion and the dam to +Mr. V8 458/7 “Noble”.  The dam to Mia is one of the top donors for Underwood Ranch due to her superior offspring and embryo production.  Lady U4 April Manso 96/9 is also the dam to Mr. U4 Milton Manso who is a herd sire for Watkins Brahmans and a replacement heifer for Underwood Ranch.  The superior production of 96/9 should come as no surprise as she is backed by one of the most maternally oriented pedigrees in the breed to include +Lady H Leala Manso 243 who is also the dam to Mr. H Buckle Manso 111/9, +Lady H Alexi Manso 790 as well as 25 other offspring with 7 of them being influential donors.
