Lot 10 - LN Polled Blossom 017 (P) - Show Prospect

LN Polled Blossom 017 is one of the best polled Red Brahman heifers we have ever raised, and we have been working on these Polled Red Brahmans for over 20 years. 017 has plenty of bone, femininity, breed character and style. As you can study, she also has an abundance of depth and angularity. She certainly has donor potential and can be a breed changer. She is also very gentle and as a yearling heifer she is smooth polled.

Polled Blossom is sired by our Homozygous Polled, many times champion herd bull, Polled Pappo.  Polled Pappo has sold semen to many countries all over the world and has put his stamp on his calves.  Not only are they polled, but they have power, depth, bone, muscle, width and attractiveness.  Polled Pappo will continue to sire great polled progeny all over the world and will go down in the history books as one of the most influential Polled Red Brahman sires.

Polled Blossom's dam is one of our young donors which we handpicked as a heifer from the legendary HK Cattle.  HK Ms Sweetie 341 is dark cherry red, big boned, heavy muscled, angular and very deep.   She has a great udder and has already proven to be very fertile and productive as she has already had several natural and embryo transfer calves. 341's first natural calf was the many times champion LN LMC Sweetie that is now a donor for Smith Farms. More recently, the Josh Perkins family is currently showing an outstanding full sister to Polled Blossom.

017 is one we are extremely proud of.  Not only is she an awesome example of a Polled Red Brahman female, but we feel confident that Polled Blossom can go on to leave her mark on Polled Red Brahmans as a donor.   As with all of our top end polled females, we are retaining the right to one conventional or IVF flush on 017.  Bid with confidence, this one is as good as they get!!
