I would like to start off by thanking Carlos and his family for giving us this opportunity to participate in the LMC $ellabration. We have been close friends with the Guerra’s since the late 70’s. We like the Guerra’s are excited about our POLLED Brahman program and want to share the fruits of our labor with the Brahman and Beef World. We started with a young polled heifer from La Muneca that we named Polled Crickett. We have since put together a herd of 75 mama cows from some of the great Brahman programs that include Ava Barker, Schneider Brahmans, Sam Duplantis, Ken Stone, LMC and several others.
Our Senior Herd Sire is LMC Polled Authority that we co-own with LMC whose calves have been very uniform and very easy to sell. We and our buyers like them because they are big boned strong calves that are competing well in all arenas. He is a LMC LF Ambassador son that goes back to JDH Madison, JDH Karu and MR V8 189/4 – three major league herd sires that have been used all of over the world. We live 5 minutes from the RGV Showgrounds and look forward to meeting you at the LMC $ellabration where we will have some calves on display. Several of our juniors will also be showing their LMC Authority daughters in the LMC $20,000 $ellabration Show. You are going to like them.
