Lot 1 - Miss V8 17/7

“Front Pasture” is how we would describe this outstanding Avery daughter.  A donor cow for the ranch and former show heifer, she exemplifies the V8 style of females known for power and look. The Avery females are consistently highly productive, fertile, high embryo producers that make great cows. This past year 17/7 was flushed twice to Mr. V8 380/6 and produced 13 grade 1 embryos.  On the bottom side, you’ll find the famous +Miss V8 933/5, who is a signature V8 female that has been one of our top donors in the past 10 years. She has had two daughters sell in back to back Houston International Sales for $20,000 and $50,000 respectfully. We have 7 daughters in the herd. She has sons working as herd sires for Fat Dog Ranch, Gary Baker, Stanley Knight and a full brother for Jeff Schroeder.  933/5 is a Powerstroke daughter who  has been featured in our V8 advertisements time and time again. She is dark pigmented, feminine, level topped, and heavy muscled and traces to the legendary V8/Dickens donor +Miss V8 4/5, a Suva daughter . This pedigree will make your mouth water…it’s a great blend of new and old genetics: Avery, Liberty, Datapack, Powerstroke, Suva, and more! Miss V8 17/7 is simply beautiful. She sells bred to Mr. V8 675/6, one of our top young herd bulls, for an early spring 2013 calf. Only a 4 year old,  Miss V8 17/7 is a donor cow extraordinaire who needs to go straight into your ET program and then a top Brahman breeder’s front pasture. We sold a full sister in last year’s Power of Production Internet sale to Beto Salinas that was bred to Mr. V8 380/6.  Ask Beto how he likes the full sister and how her calf turned out.  Remember we are selling 5 units on 380/6 in this sale.
