Lot 1 - Miss North Forty 2/0 (S)

Miss North Forty 2/0 (S) marks the first heifer EVER sold at public auction by Jeff & Deborah Townsend’s North Forty Ranch and they couldn’t be offering a better one!  This elite heifer was originally shown and is extremely gentle.  As you can tell from her picture she is built right being structurally sound, big boned, deep ribbed, level made, heavy muscled and combines this all in a scurred package.  She is sired by the former show bull that has impacted the polled Brahman industry, Mr. V8 135/7 “The Butler”.  Mr. V8 135/7 is a son of +Mr. V8 380/6 who sired more show winners than any other sire from 2011-2017 and the polled matriarch for B.R. Cutrer, Inc., +Miss V8 797/6.  The dam to 2/0 is a former show winner and now proven donor dam for B.R. Cutrer, Inc. who is sired by the National Champion and globally utilized +JDH Mr. Elmo Manso.  Most who know the Brahman breed realize that crossing the influence of +JDH Elmo and +Mr. V8 380/6 is as proven as it gets having produced numerous champions.  It should also be noted that 2/0 has an embryo brother, Mr. V8 620/8, who recently sold in the B.R. Cutrer, Inc.
