LMC Polled Madison is one of the most complete bulls of any breed that we have produced. He offers everything we look for in a herd bull. He has had that special look since he was a baby. He is one of the best LMC LF Ambassador sons we have raised and is out of a moderate, super correct JD Hudgins cow that has the famous and popular JDH Madison de Manso top and bottom in her pedigree. When you study his pedigree, you will find that Ambassador is a JDH x V8 cross that was bred to a JDH cow making this bull 3/4 JDH and 1/4 V8 and POLLED/S !!!
We like the fact that Polled Madison is moderate, correct, super thick, is rich in breed character, muscle, pigment and eye appeal. We like that we feel that he has produced a better son in his first calf crop bred by our long time friend and partner Ava Barker. His name is Polled Pathfinder. You can evaluate him in his photo. He is going to make a BEEF MACHINE just like his dad. Polled Madison is one of our better carcass sires with a 3.68 IMF and 1.40 REA/CWT ratio. We have sold a maternal sister to him to our ole buddy Jaime Perez as his foundation polled female and a full sib to Dean Hopkins to produce F-1 Brangus females.
Dean Galbraith from Missourri used him as a yearling and produced some neat red and grey Brahmans plus a great Brahman x Shorthorn F-1 Herd Bull.
