SELLING: ½ interest and ½ possession with buyer having first choice every year of breeding season. If bull sells for $5,000 or more, the buyer has the option to double up and buy 100% in which case seller reserves the right to collect up to 300 units of semen for in herd use only.
LMC has donated an outstanding Simbrah or Brahman bull to our annual community fundraiser every year for the past 22 years. We just hosted our annual LSMCIC Round Up in our barn and fed 640 people a rib eye dinner that was delivered to their tables by our LSM 4-H Club and Edinburg FFA members. Everyone had a great time.
Every year we sell 1/2 interest in our best 5 to 10 herd bull prospects in an effort to share our best to grow the Polled Brahman World. We look forward to partnering with our partner on this great prospect. Last year we sold ½ interest in LMC Polled Vitality to our ole buddy Curtis Gruetzmacher. Just like the Round-Up proceeds, 100% of this bull's proceeds will go to the following - St. Anne's Catholic Church, Linn-San Manuel Scholarship Endowment Fund, L-SM Volunteer Fire Department, Brewster School PTO, L-SM 4-H Club, Edinburg FFA’s and our little league program. LMC LF Polled Pride is one of the top five bull calves born on our ranch this year. He has everything that a progressive breeder looks for in a herd bull prospect from pedigree to performance to correctness to muscle to eye appeal. He is smooth polled and has both show ring and herd bull potential. We appreciate his bone, breed character and look. The demand for good polled Brahman cattle is growing daily as proven in the recently held ABBA Performance Test Bull Sale where all 6 polled bulls (6%) out of the 97 on test made the sale with the 20th and 39th ranked bulls (both polled) selling for the 6th and 10th highest prices.
He is sired by one of the more popular DOUBLE POLLED bulls of all time, LMC Polled Sambo who is a BEEF MACHINE just like his sire, LMC WFF Pistolero. Polled Sambo's dam is our best cow and one of very few polled cows in the Register of Renown. Polled Pride’s dam is a good uddered +Mr. V8 901/4 daughter whose last calf is a champion for Emilio Ramos (see photo). This cow is out of a Karu x Powerstroke cow. V8 Ranch describes 901/4 as a bull loved by many, because he is a bull that never fails.
