We want to start off by thanking Nick Goodrich of 4G Ranch for donating his semen tank to the American Jr. Simbrah Roundup Scholarship Fund. In an effort to continue the success of the AJSR, which is a first class event geared to developing our juniors, we will be offering various opportunities such as this semen package here. Nick has always been a supporter of the youth and we appreciate him continuing to do so.
The HR Power House 1 bull is one of the most dominant herd sires in Simbrah history. He was bred by our ole buddy Billy Hallak, who is back and has a full brother named HR Power House 2 produced out of a 15 year old embryo. Welcome back Billy! Power House 1 is arguably one of the most widely used bulls of all time and has nearly 500 progeny registered to his name. Most importantly these progeny have accumulated a countless number of championships and gone on to produce the same just like their sire did. He is the only back-to-back International Champion Bull in Houston that we are aware of, along with several other titles including the competitive Simbrah Sensation Prospect Bull Show and the San Antonio Livestock Show. He has sired many of the breeds’ greats including four consecutive International Champion bulls in TSC Powerline, LM Full House, LMC RFI-Smith Red Bullet and LMC RFI-Smith Black Bullet and two Reserve International Champion Bulls in LMC All In and PRR Red Ammo.
He is also the sire to some of the breed’s most elite donors including Ms 4G N50, LMC Blueberry, Smith Black Mystic and PRR Morning Star. These are just a few of the champions and big time producers that Power House sired; the list goes on and on. A Powerhouse granddaughter was the 2014 National Champion, Superbowl Champion and Reserve Champion Female at the ASA National and San Antonio Jr. Show for Miranda Skaggs.
