*This is NOT a Revenue Sharing Interest. The purchaser will receive no income from future sales of 840, or his semen Domestically or Internationally.
*The Purchasers name will be placed on the 840 ABBA Certificate. Only that Name/Member will be allowed to register calves from 840. Some exceptions will be made to siblings/children of the purchaser in regards to showing an animal in a Junior ABBA Show. This will need to be discussed at the time of purchase.
*Purchaser has NO rights to Sell, Gift, or Give Away any Semen or Certificates on 840 at anytime or for any reason in the future.
*Semen collection costs will be the responsibility of purchaser. 840 will enter the collection facility in December of 2014. the cost associated with this will be divided by the number of units collected and the purchaser will be responsible for the cost on the amount of semen that they receive.
